Cancellations

Reservations can be canceled up to 2 hours before the start of the lesson at the latest. The lessons will be credited to the account and can be used at a later date.
In the event of late cancellation (2 hours or less before the start of the lesson) and / or no-show, the lesson will be deducted from the customer's account without notification.
In the event of frequent cancellations at short notice, a customer may lose the right to make a reservation.

All purchases are final and there is no right to a refund.
Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.
The subscription period is binding and cannot be extended - except for health reasons.
Entry is possible at any time, subject to availability.
Prices and timetables are subject to change at any time.

Personal data and information will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

Insurance is the responsibility of the course participant. The courses and events are conducted to the best of our knowledge and belief. It is the responsibility of the course participants to find the right balance for their own body during the course. Whether participation in the course is compatible with the respective physical and mental condition is the responsibility of each participant to check and decide for themselves or after consultation with their family doctor. The organizer and course instructor declines all responsibility and liability for complaints or injuries of any kind that occur in connection with attending yoga classes.
If you are pregnant, only prenatal yoga is expressly recommended by the course instructor. All other courses are attended at your own risk.
No liability is accepted for lost or stolen valuables.

The legal relationships are subject exclusively to Swiss law.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions is the registered office of Familienyoga in 8704 Herrliberg.
