Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga offers safe, gentle and effective exercises that are designed to strengthen and relax the changing body and optimally prepare you for the birth. It helps to counteract any discomfort during pregnancy and leads to a better physical and mental well-being.
Prenatal Yoga is good for you and your baby! The course also provides a great opportunity to meet other moms-to-be, to chat and to get advice.
The course is suitable for all trimesters.
Postnatal Yoga with Baby (Rückbildung)

Postnatal Yoga helps you to get back in shape quickly. After giving birth, it is important to close the rectus diastasis (abdominal gap), strengthen the pelvic floor and realign the body. Only a strong abdomen can relieve pressure on the back and only a strong pelvic floor can support the organs and prevent discomfort. In postnatal yoga, we focus entirely on these topics.
While the children sleep or play, you can strengthen yourself with yoga. There are toys and baby bouncers available for the children. And if your baby needs a little extra attention, I'll be happy to carry it around if possible. We end the session with some gentle and calming movement games with the little ones.
The course also provides a great opportunity to meet other mothers, to chat and to get advice.
Mommy & Me Yoga (~5 – 18 Monate)

Mommy & me yoga is a powerful yoga class that focuses on strengthening your whole body. The exercises tone the muscles, stimulate the organs and immune system, and improve coordination and posture. At the same time, the mommy & me yoga class feels stimulating and refreshing.
While your child is playing, crawling or walking around, you strengthen yourself with yoga. I have toys, and a playpen to keep your child happy. We end the lesson with some fun movement games with the little ones.
Additionally, the course provides a great opportunity to meet other moms and to chat after class.
Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a strengthening yoga that combines dynamic exercises with conscious breathing and meditation. The exercises strengthen the muscles, stimulate the organs and immune system, and improve coordination and balance. During yoga, we also free energy that creates the ideal basis for meditation and relaxation. Meditation and relaxation in turn help reduce stress, fear, and anxiety and increase mental balance and happiness.
Kundalini Morning Yoga is suitable for both beginners and advanced students.
